Players practice one-touch passing.

  • Create three groups of players and put one group in each zone.

How it Works

  1. A coach blows his whistle or says “Go” to start.
  2. First player in each group one-touch passes with each of the other players.
  3. Last player passed to goes next.
  4. Run drill until each group member has gone.

Coaching Tips

  • Players need to have “soft hands” on one-touch passes otherwise the puck will shoot off their stick too quickly and won’t be accurate.
